Clásicos del Cine familiar y un concierto bajo la luz de las velas para celebrar el 60º aniversario de Sotogrande®
The Beach de La Reserva Club acoge próximamente dos de los eventos más destacados para conmemorar las seis décadas de Sotogrande, con un festival de Cine de Verano y la cena-concierto Candlelight
El calendario de eventos conmemorativos del 60º aniversario de Sotogrande® continuará durante las próximas semanas con más citas culturales y de ocio en el entorno de The Beach, donde ya se puede aprovechar la llegada del buen tiempo para disfrutar de estas actividades.
La primera de ellas, con una programación que se extenderá durante todo el verano hasta el mes de septiembre, será el Cine de Verano en The Beach. Para este año tan destacado, se contará con una selección especial de películas para todos los públicos que a lo largo de la historia se han convertido ya en verdaderos clásicos del cine para toda la familia.
Este festival de cine al aire libre que rinde homenaje a seis décadas de cine comienza el 20 de mayo con La Bruja Novata, siguiendo el 24 de junio con ET de Steven Spielberg.
Ya en pleno verano, continuará el 18 de julio con ‘Cariño, he encogido a los niños’, con el inolvidable Rick Moranis. En agosto, se ofrecerá ‘El hada novata’ el día 1 y ‘Alicia en el País de las Maravillas’ para el 15 de agosto, concluyendo el festival el 2 de septiembre con ‘Zootrópolis’.
Las películas se ofrecerán en versión original y comenzarán en cada jornada a las 21.30 horas, exceptuando la primera de ellas que comentará a las 20.30 horas, manteniéndose abiertos el restaurante y el bar de The Beach de 20.00 a 22.30 horas para poder disfrutar de la cena antes o durante la película.
Por otra parte, el 23 de junio se llevará a cabo, también en The Beach, la cena-concierto Candlelight tributo a Coldplay, que será una experiencia musical y gastronómica única en su género, en un maravilloso entorno iluminado con la luz de las velas.
El horario de la cena será de 20.30 a 22.00 horas, tras lo que comenzará el concierto, con una duración aproximada de una hora. El precio es de 230 euros por persona (bebidas incluidas) para adultos y 55 euros para niños de 6 a 12 años. Los menores de 16 deberán ir acompañados de un adulto. Además, el 100% de los beneficios recaudados con esta cita se destinarán a la asociación benéfica Montenegral.

Classic family films and a candlelit concert celebrating Sotogrande®’s 60th anniversary
The Beach at La Reserva Club will soon host two of the most outstanding events commemorating Sotogrande’s six decades, with a Summer Film Festival and a Candlelight dinner-concert.
The programme of events commemorating the 60th anniversary of Sotogrande® will continue over the coming weeks with more cultural and social events taking place at The Beach, where you can already benefit from the good weather and enjoy these activities.
The first of these, with a programme that will run throughout the summer until September, will be the Summer Film Festival at The Beach. For this special year, there will be a special selection of films for all audiences that have become real family cinema classics over the course of history.
This open-air film festival that pays tribute to over six decades of cinema begins on the 20th of May with Bedknobs and Broomsticks, followed by Steven Spielberg’s ET on the 24th of June.
It will continue in the middle of summer with ‘Honey, I’ve Shrunk the Kids’, starring the unforgettable Rick Moranis, on July 18th. In August, ‘A Simple Wish’ will be shown on the 1st and ‘Alice in Wonderland’ on the 15th of August, concluding the festival on the 2nd of September with ‘Zootopia’.
The films will be shown in their original version and will be shown at 9.30 p.m. each day, except for the first film, which is scheduled to start at 8.30 p.m. The restaurant and bar at The Beach will be open from 8 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. in order to enjoy dinner before or during the film.
On the other hand, on the 23rd of June, the Candlelight tribute dinner-concert to Coldplay will also take place at The Beach. It will be a unique musical and gastronomic experience like no other, in a marvelous setting bathed in candlelight.
Dinner will take place from 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m., after which the concert will begin, lasting approximately one hour. The price is 230 euros per person (drinks included) for adults and 55 euros for children aged 6 to 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. In addition, 100% of the proceeds from the event will go towards the Montenegral charity.
