Sotogrande inaugura la temporada estival con dos eventos imprescindibles: la colorida fiesta de MarXa Chiringuito y las veladas Aprés Beach al atardecer en Ancala, en The Beach de La Reserva Club

MarXa Summer Party: una explosión de color y energía
El próximo 22 de mayo a las 19:00 horas, MarXa Chiringuito encenderá la mecha del verano con su ya tradicional MarXa Party, una fiesta vibrante que se ha consolidado como uno de los momentos más esperados del calendario social de Sotogrande.
Bajo el lema “Vibrant Summer”, la velada invitará a los asistentes a vestirse con looks frescos, alegres y llenos de color, en sintonía con el ambiente desenfadado y sofisticado del chiringuito. El evento incluirá DJ residente, maquillaje en vivo y un welcome drink cortesía de Gaugin.
Quienes deseen cenar tendrán que reservar mesa con antelación, mientras que aquellos que solo quieran sumarse a la fiesta podrán apuntarse a la lista de acceso. El aforo es limitado y por ello se recomienda confirmar asistencia cuanto antes para no quedarse fuera de una noche que promete ser inolvidable.
MarXa ofrece una carta que rinde homenaje al producto local, con una cuidada selección de pescado fresco, cortes de carne premium y ensaladas llenas de sabor. Entre las novedades destacan el Carpaccio de Pulpo con Aceite de Pimentón Ahumado, el Cioppino, un estofado de pescado y marisco cocinado lentamente en horno de leña, además de postres irresistibles como el Churro con Dulce de Leche. Una semana después, el 30 de mayo, será el turno de The Beach en La Reserva Club, que estrenará su temporada estival con el lanzamiento de sus populares veladas Après Beach. Desde las 17:30 hasta las 22:00 horas, la playa el recinto se convertirá en un oasis donde disfrutar de cócteles, música en vivo y una selección de su cocina mediterránea y Nikkei.
El evento inaugural promete sorpresas, buena gastronomía y ritmos musicales pensados para acompañar la “hora dorada” —ese mágico momento en el que el sol se despide y la noche comienza a despertar. El código de vestimenta para la ocasión, “Summer Chic”, sugiere un estilo elegante pero relajado, en sintonía con el espíritu de The Beach.
Pero la experiencia Après Beach no se limita a esta cita inaugural. Durante los meses de julio y agosto, The Beach continuará ofreciendo estas veladas únicas en fechas seleccionadas: 11 de julio, 25 de julio, 9 de agosto y 21 de agosto. En estas jornadas, el club abrirá sus puertas de 18:30 a 22:00 horas sin necesidad de reserva previa en restaurante ni alquiler de hamacas
Cada sesión contará con DJ residente, cócteles de autor y una cuidada selección de tapas mediterráneas con inspiración Nikkei, elaboradas por el restaurante Ancala. Todo ello en un entorno idílico, con vistas a la laguna y rodeado de naturaleza, lo que convierte a The Beach en un lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día de sol o simplemente dejarse llevar por la música mientras cae la tarde.

With the arrival of good weather, Sotogrande is getting ready to pulse once again to the rhythm of summer with the reopening of two of its most iconic spots: MarXa Chiringuito and The Beach at La Reserva Club. Both venues, benchmarks for summer leisure in the area, kick off the season with events promising style, flavour, and plenty of music.
MarXa Summer Party: an explosion of colour and energy
On the 22nd of May at 7 pm, MarXa Chiringuito will ignite the summer with its now-traditional MarXa Party, a vibrant celebration that has become one of the most eagerly awaited moments on Sotogrande’s social calendar.
Under the theme “Vibrant Summer”, the evening will invite guests to dress in fresh, cheerful, and colourful looks, matching the relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere of the chiringuito. The event will feature a resident DJ, live makeup sessions, and a welcome drink courtesy of Gaugin.
Those wishing to dine must book a table in advance, while those just wanting to join the party can sign up for the guest list. Capacity is limited, so early confirmation is recommended to avoid missing out on a night that promises to be unforgettable.

A week later, on the 30th of May, it will be The Beach at La Reserva Club’s turn to kick off its summer season with the launch of its popular Après Beach evenings. From 5:30 p until 10 pm, the beach area will transform into an oasis where guests can enjoy cocktails, live music, and a selection of Mediterranean and Nikkei cuisine.
The inaugural event promises surprises, excellent gastronomy, and musical rhythms designed to accompany the «golden hour»—that magical moment when the sun sets and night begins to awaken. The dress code for the occasion, «Summer Chic,» suggests an elegant yet relaxed style, in tune with the spirit of The Beach.
But the Après Beach experience doesn’t stop at this inaugural event. During July and August, The Beach will continue to offer these unique evenings on select dates: the 11th of July, the 25th of July, the 9th of August, and the 21st of August. On these evenings, the club will open its doors from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, with no prior reservation required for the restaurant or sunbed rental.
Each session will feature a resident DJ, signature cocktails, and a carefully selected menu of Mediterranean tapas with Nikkei inspiration, prepared by the Ancala restaurant.
