La Certificación BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology), representa el estándar más avanzado en evaluación y certificación de la sostenibilidad en edificios a nivel mundial.
Esta metodología, desarrollada por BRE Global en el Reino Unido, establece criterios rigurosos para medir el impacto ambiental de los proyectos de construcción y promueve prácticas responsables que buscan preservar los recursos naturales y proteger el medio ambiente
para las generaciones futuras.
Creemos firmemente en la importancia de construir de manera sostenible, y cada proyecto que emprendemos refleja este compromiso. Desde nuestro primer
proyecto certificado BREEAM en el año 2019 hasta nuestro trabajo actual en la construcción de la casa La Florida en Sotogrande, nos esforzamos por integrar los
principios de sostenibilidad en cada etapa del proceso de construcción.
Para nosotros, la Certificación BREEAM va más allá de cumplir con estándares establecidos; es un compromiso con la excelencia y la responsabilidad ambiental. Cada proyecto que llevamos a cabo bajo los principios de BREEAM se somete a una evaluación exhaustiva en nueve áreas clave de sostenibilidad, que van desde la gestión y el bienestar de los ocupantes hasta la eficiencia energética y el uso responsable del agua.
En España, la certificación BREEAM ha sido adaptada al contexto local gracias al trabajo del Instituto Tecnológico de Galicia (ITG), lo que garantiza que los proyectos certificados cumplan con las normativas y prácticas de construcción específicas del país. This methodology, developed by BRE Global in the UK, establishes rigorous criteria for measuring the environmental impact of building projects and promotes responsible practices that seek to preserve natural resources and protect the environment for future generations.
We firmly believe in the importance of sustainable construction, and every project we undertake reflects this commitment.
