La nueva galería de arte en Sotogrande, ubicada en este restaurado centro comercial, presentó una exposición inaugural con obras de diferentes artistas internacionales
El arte está más de moda que nunca en Sotogrande, que está viviendo en los últimos meses continuas y positivas novedades en este sector.
La última de ellas ha sido la incorporación de una nueva galería en la zona, Withe Square Art Gallery, que se presentó con un gran evento inaugural en el mediodía del pasado 29 de septiembre.
Como primera cita de esta galería, donde pueden encontrarse diferentes obras de arte y antigüedades, los asistentes disfrutaron de una exposición de pintura protagonizada por diferentes artistas internacionales afincados en Sotogrande, Gibraltar y la Costa del Sol: Gill Welland, John Hunter, Dorota Zys, Doreen Ingebrigtsen, Jane Langdon, Devorah Vivían, Gintaras Meskauskas, MARLò, Tiana Langdon, Caroline Canessa, Teresa Pena y Tete Miriel.
Los invitados al evento pudieron compartir además con los propios artistas un brunch amenizado con música en directo frente al local de la galería, en el centro comercial Plaza Blanca, completando una ilusionante jornada inaugural con un magnífico ambiente y la pasión por el arte como denominador común.

White Square Art Gallery has opened its doors at Plaza Blanca shopping centre
Sotogrande’s new art gallery, located in this refurbished shopping centre, held an inaugural exhibition with works by various international artists.
Art is more fashionable than ever at Sotogrande, which has been experiencing continuous positive developments in this sector in recent months.
The latest of these has been the incorporation of a new gallery in the area, Withe Square Art Gallery, which was launched with a grand opening event at midday on the 29th of September.
At the first event for the gallery, which features a variety of art and antiques, guests were treated to an exhibition of paintings by international artists based in Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol: Gill Welland, John Hunter, Dorota Zys, Doreen Ingebrigtsen, Jane Langdon, Devorah Vivían, Gintaras Meskauskas, MARLò, Tiana Langdon, Caroline Canessa, Teresa Pena and Tete Miriel.
The guests at the event were also able to share a brunch with the artists themselves, accompanied by live music performed outside the gallery’s premises in the Plaza Blanca shopping centre, rounding off an exciting opening day where the atmosphere was magnificent and the passion for art was the common denominator.
