Despedimos el 2024 con un balance muy positivo para nuestra zona, un año marcado por una intensa actividad y novedades que han incrementado su atractivo. Estos avances no solo han consolidado su posición como un referente, sino que también han impulsado su economía y sentado las bases para un futuro lleno de oportunidades de desarrollo.
Además del verano frenético de actividad, ya tradicional en Sotogrande, cada año desde SGplus somos testigos de cómo la agenda deportiva, cultural y social de la zona se prolonga cada vez más allá de la temporada alta.
Todo ello gracias a eventos de gran calado internacional como LIV GOLF o el EDAM Andalucía Masters, a las variadas propuestas del sector hostelero local, pero también a la iniciativa de diferentes entidades o empresas que apuestan por implantar su actividad en esta zona. Todo ese esfuerzo conjunto está consiguiendo que lo que siempre destacó como un destino eminentemente turístico, continúe cada año su progresión hacia un enclave residencial donde perfectamente se puede disfrutar de su especial estilo de vida todo el año.
De esta forma, Sotogrande afronta un 2025 con todo su potencial intacto para seguir consolidando su posición como un lugar único que visitar y en el que residir, aunque para el nuevo año también se han abierto varias incógnitas que se irán resolviendo a lo largo de los próximos doce meses.
La venta del nuevo resort de La Hacienda, el gran proyecto de desarrollo residencial y deportivo para Los Pinos, ahora en manos del Banco Santander, o incluso el posible cambio de propiedad de Sotogrande SA a un nuevo grupo inversor serán alguna de las noticias clave para nuestro entorno, que por supuesto seguiremos con atención desde SGplus para informaros al máximo detalle.
Mientras tanto, desde el equipo de SGplus sólo nos queda agradeceros que nos acompañáis durante todo el año y desearos una Feliz Navidad y que el 2025 llegue cargado de buenas noticias para todos.

We bid farewell to 2024 with a highly positive balance sheet for our area, a year marked by intense activity and new developments that have increased its attractiveness. These developments have not only strengthened its position as a reference point, but have also boosted its economy and laid the foundations for a future full of growth opportunities.
In addition to the frenetic summer of activity that has become a tradition in Sotogrande, every year SGplus witnesses how the area’s sporting, cultural and social agenda extends beyond the high season.
All this thanks to events of great international importance such as LIV GOLF or the EDAM Andalucía Masters, to the varied proposals of the local hospitality sector, but also to the initiative of different entities or companies that are committed to establishing their activity in this area. All this combined effort is ensuring that what has always stood out as an eminently tourist destination, continues its progression each year towards a mature residential enclave where it is perfectly possible to enjoy a special lifestyle all year round.
Sotogrande thus faces 2025 with all of its potential fully intact as it continues to cement its position as a unique place to visit and reside, although the new year has also opened up a number of unknowns that will be resolved over the next twelve months.
The sale of the new La Hacienda resort, the grand residential and sports development project for Los Pinos, now in the hands of Banco Santander, or even the possible change of ownership of Sotogrande SA to a new investment group will be some of the key events for the area, which we at SGplus will of course follow closely and report back to you in detail.
