La reconocida bodega de Chiclana ofrece una cata en La Reserva Club ante representantes institucionales y empresarios de la zona
La Bodega Manuel Aragón, una de las más históricas de Chiclana, realizó el pasado viernes 5 de abril la presentación en Sotogrande de sus excelentes vinos.
Fundada en 1795 por Pedro Aragón Morales, la bodega se incluye entre las más meridionales del Marco de Jerez. Su director, el enólogo Chano Aragón, descendiente directo de su fundador, mostró su satisfacción por poder presentar sus vinos por primera vez en Sotogrande y agradeció la presencia de los asistentes. Entre ellos se encontraban el alcalde de San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, y la delegada de Fomento y Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Chiclana, Manuela Pérez Izeta.
En la cata se mostraron sus vinos más destacados, incluyendo aquellos que han conseguido recientemente la mayor puntuación en las conocidas guías Peñín y Parker.
Concretamente, los participantes en la cata pudieron degustar un amontillado, un oloroso, un palo cortado y un Pedro Ximénez, todos ellos elaborados con soleras fundacionales de la bodega, además de un fino Granero en Rama procedente de uva de la variedad Palomino que también cultivan en sus propios viñedos bajo la experta guía del viticultor, Juan Manuel Tocino.

Manuel Aragón winery showcases its best selection of wines in Sotogrande
The renowned Chiclana winery offers a tasting session for institutional representatives and businesspeople from the area at La Reserva Club.
The Manuel Aragón winery, one of the most historic wineries in Chiclana, organised the presentation of its excellent wines in Sotogrande on Friday the 5th of April.
Founded in 1795 by Pedro Aragón Morales, the winery is one of the southernmost in the Jerez region. Its director, the oenologist Chano Aragón, direct descendant of its founder, was delighted to be able to present his wines for the first time in Sotogrande and thanked the attendees for their presence. Among them were the mayor of San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, and the delegate of Development and Tourism of the City of Chiclana, Manuela Pérez Izeta.
The tasting showcased its most outstanding wines, including those that have recently achieved the highest scores in the well-known Peñín and Parker guides.
Specifically, participants in the tasting were able to taste an amontillado, an oloroso, a palo cortado and a Pedro Ximénez, all made from the bodega’s founding soleras. They also tasted a fine Granero en Rama made from Palomino grapes that are also grown in their own vineyards and expertly overseen by the winemaker, Juan Manuel Tocino.
