Voy superando algunas incertidumbres de las que he escrito anteriormente, mis opiniones en anteriores artículos. Por eso titulo la certidumbre. No todas, pero algunas cosas voy teniendo claras, dentro de lo que cabe.
A título de ejemplo, tengo la certeza de que en pocos años apenas va a circular el dinero metálico. El «efectivo» desaparecerá. Es lo que interesa al sistema. Interesa EL CONTROL. El estado, los estados, la banca, las gigantes compañías que nos venden (al precio que les da la gana), la luz, el agua, las comunicaciones… en definitiva, todo lo que necesitamos para vivir; avanzan a la velocidad de la luz. Y con la «inteligencia artificial» en siglas IA, pues harán lo que quieran. Un amigo muy rico y que vive de ella, me asegura que, en cinco años, o diez a lo sumo, ya no habrá oficinas bancarias. todo será virtual. Hasta las monedas desaparecerán. Pero habrá criptomonedas, muy controladas, de las actuales monedas.
Hay países, Dinamarca, caso de país avanzado, donde hasta en los cafés te avisan «no cash». ¿y qué hacemos? los que hoy depreciamos el bizum y similares no tendremos más remedio que tragar y que nuestros hijos nos enseñen. Yo, que soy mayor y tonto ya estoy «entregado».
Otro ejemplo, a nivel local, nacional, aquí en la tierra. Nuestro Presidente ha aceptado, para que Illa sea President en Catalunya, que se firme un papel que los partidos políticos catalanes consideran un concierto, pero los voceros dicen que es un acuerdo para reajustar el reparto de fondos públicos a las Comunidades Autónomas.
A mí, como jurista, y también como simple cateto, me lleva a esta reflexión: el acuerdo tiene música y letra de bolero, pero no, que va, es un tanguillo gaditano. Simple perversión del lenguaje. Y mi certeza es que da igual, es papel mojado, no se va a cumplir porque técnicamente no se puede. Sólo sirve para ganar tiempo, tiempo de poder.
Pero aún sigo con una incertidumbre que por aquí nos afecta, ¿se firmará algún día, algún siglo de estos, el acuerdo con Gibraltar?

CERTAINTY
I am overcoming some of the uncertainties I have written about before, some of my opinions expressed in previous articles. That is why I have titled this article ‘Certainty’. Not all of them, but some things are becoming clearer, as far as I can see.
For example, I am certain that in a few years cash will hardly circulate at all. Cash will disappear. That is what the system is most interested in. It is in the interest of CONTROL. The state, the governments, the banks, the giant companies that sell us (at whatever price they want), electricity, water, telecommunications… in short, everything we need to live; they are advancing at the speed of light. With ‘artificial intelligence’ as an acronym AI, they will do whatever they want. A very rich friend of mine, who lives off it, assures me that there will be no more bank offices in five years, or at most ten, and everything will be virtual. Even the currencies themselves will disappear. However, there will be cryptocurrencies, very controlled, of the current currencies.
There are countries, such as Denmark, an advanced example, where they do not take cash even in cafés, so what do we do? Those of us who today despise Bizum and the like will have no choice but to swallow and let our children teach us how to do business. I, who am old and stupid, have already surrendered.
Here is another example, at the local, national level, here on earth. Our President has accepted, in order for Illa to become President in Catalonia, to sign a paper that the Catalan political parties consider an economic agreement, but the spokesmen say that it is an arrangement to readjust the distribution of public funds among the Autonomous Communities.
To me, as a jurist, and also as a simple ignoramus, this leads to the following reflection: the agreement has the music and lyrics of a bolero, but actually, it is a lively dance song. A simple perversion of language. My certainty is that it doesn’t matter, it’s not going to be fulfilled because technically it can’t be fulfilled. It only serves to buy more time, time to gain power.
However, I am still uncertain about an uncertainty that affects us here: will the Gibraltar agreement be signed someday during one of these centuries?
