Como alguien que ha vivido y trabajado en Sotogrande durante muchos años, siempre he creído que este lugar tan especial merece mayor visibilidad. Por eso lancé el pódcast Charlie in Sotogrande, un espacio donde converso con personas que hacen única a esta comunidad para conocer sus historias, pasiones y el estilo de vida que compartimos aquí.
En cada episodio hablo con emprendedores locales, residentes y profesionales—personas que viven, trabajan y disfrutan de Sotogrande. Desde chefs y directores de hotel hasta promotores inmobiliarios, dentistas o entrenadores personales, todos tienen algo fascinante que aportar. Estas conversaciones ofrecen una visión auténtica y cercana de la vida en Sotogrande. Y creo que eso es lo que hace que los pódcast sean tan poderosos: son reales, personales y generan confianza.
A nivel personal, el pódcast me permite construir mi marca más allá del ámbito inmobiliario. Me da la oportunidad de mostrar el lado humano de lo que hago y conectar con residentes de toda la vida, así como con personas interesadas en mudarse a Sotogrande. Es un formato informal, sin guion y, sobre todo, honesto.
Al mismo tiempo, Charlie in Sotogrande aporta valor a Noll Sotogrande, la empresa que co-dirijo con Stephanie Noll. La gente no compra solo una vivienda: invierte en un estilo de vida. A través del pódcast, puedo mostrar ese estilo de vida en toda su amplitud, más allá de los anuncios de propiedades. Quiero que los posibles compradores escuchen lo que hace especial a Sotogrande de la voz de quienes ya lo viven.

As someone who has lived and worked in Sotogrande for many years, I’ve always believed that this remarkable place deserves a bigger spotlight. That’s why I launched the Charlie in Sotogrande podcast—a platform where I sit down with the people who make this community so unique to talk about their stories, their passions, and the lifestyle we all enjoy.
In each episode, I speak with local entrepreneurs, residents, and professionals—people who live, work, and play in Sotogrande. From chefs and hotel managers to developers, dentists, and fitness coaches, everyone has something fascinating to share. These conversations offer listeners an authentic, behind-the-scenes look at life here, and I think that’s what makes podcasts so powerful: they’re real, they’re personal, and they build trust.
For me personally, the podcast is a way to build my own brand beyond real estate. It allows me to show the human side of what I do and to connect with both long-time residents and those thinking about making Sotogrande their home. It’s informal, unscripted, and above all, it’s honest.
At the same time, Charlie in Sotogrande brings value to Noll Sotogrande, the business I co-own with Stephanie Noll. People don’t just buy homes—they invest in a lifestyle. Through the podcast, I can paint a broader picture of what that lifestyle looks like, beyond property listings. I want potential buyers to hear what makes Sotogrande special from the voices of the people who live it every day.
